Meat the butcher no.2
A fantastic night was had by all on Tuesday the 28th of March as we welcomed renowned Master Butcher, John Gilmour to deliver a fun, lively and informative live butchery demo! Working with the D-rump and rib, John wielded his knife in front of a sold out room, showcasing the technique and skill required to produce some truly perfect cuts, including; the Picanha, Rump Fillet and, one our personal favourites, the Cote de Boeuf!
Cocktails for the night were supplied by the awesome team at Arbikie, a company who are pioneering the farm-to-bottle ethos!
